Soulfit is for people who want to go deeper. It’s for people who want to take a different approach to spiritual growth, beyond a once-a-week mindset to soul development.
Essentially, this site is about strengthening the soul. It’s about becoming a better person. It’s about becoming stronger in faith, hope and love. It’s about growing more in love, joy, peace, patience and kindness. This is the outcome we’re looking for.
The process to get there is posted as a weekly soul “workout”. Some workouts will be easier for you than others. That’s ok. Some people are better runners; others can lift heavier weights.
The workouts will vary weekly through the year and some will repeat.
We’ve been strongly influenced from the physical training site, Crossfit.com. It’s a site that looks to create readily accessible strength and fitness in people. The workouts are atypical, non-standard, anti-”globo-Gym” workouts. No M,T, W-off, F, Sat chest/bis, back, tris splits here. Only practical, big muscle group exercises that will take you as far as you want to go and will stress you as hard as you can handle.
Soulfit is an attempt to create readily accessible faith, stronger love and lasting hope.
